Survivor Mama: Abandoned Dog Keeps Puppies Alive for 10 Days While Waiting for Rescue

It’s a heartbreaking story of a mama dog that was heartlessly tied to a tree in the forest and abandoned by her owner. The pregnant dog showed remarkable resilience and managed to survive despite being left to die. Despite the harsh conditions, she gave birth to her puppies and managed to keep them alive for 10 days while still being tied up. It’s a testament to the strength and resilience of motherhood, even in the face of cruel abandonment.

One unfortunate Pit Bull mix named Lara was abandoned by her owner after becoming pregnant. Instead of providing her and her puppies with care and a safe place to stay, the owner committed a horrible act. Lara was tied to a tree in a forest near Nafplion, Greece, left to fend for herself without any assistance or support.

Lara found herself in a difficult situation when she was pregnant and left alone in the middle of a cold forest, with no one to turn to for help. Despite being tied up, Lara bravely gave birth to four adorable puppies.

It’s remarkable how this brave mother not only endured but managed to keep her puppies alive for 10 days without any food, water, or shelter. It’s truly a testament to her unwavering determination to protect and care for her pups. Fortunately, local villagers informed rescuers about her situation, and she and her puppies were promptly taken to safety. Sadly, one of the puppies didn’t make it.

Fortunately, the three remaining puppies and their mother received excellent care from their rescuers and are now on the road to recovery. Not only are they all in good health, but they also exhibit all the playful and endearing qualities one would expect from a puppy.

It is our sincere hope that the individual responsible for the mistreatment of these innocent animals is identified and held accountable for their actions. We are very grateful to the rescue team for locating the mother dog and her puppies before any further harm could be inflicted upon them. Our wish is that the puppies will soon be placed in loving forever homes.
