Unveiling the Class and Unique Traits of the Maroon Oriole

The maroon oriole belongs to the Oriole family and is a medium-sized species that measures around 27 cm. It is comparable in size to the other species in the Yellowstone group. The male has a dark maroon-colored body, with a duller maroon tail, black wings, a black head, and upper chest. It also has white eyes. On the other hand, the female has paler feathering than the male and lighter underparts. Her belly is milky white with several black lines or streaks.
